The rich don’t stay rich by paying 20x more for something than it’s actually worth.

That she was a victim of sexual assault when she was 19.

Bette Midler is on fire. She has me thinking about putting aside my walker and cane long enough to actually join The Twitter.

They left out the next tweet, where she addressed her Dem friends:

Rashida Jones is an important part of Filipino culture and history since she played a vital part in the People Power Revolution against the Marcos Government. May her sacrifice not be in vain.

I really think people should stop criticizing Sam Smith for what was a simple and understandable slip of the tongue. And I can say that with a little bit of gravitas as the first openly gay man on the internet.

I’m hoping she is just trying to direct her friends that are republicans to throw away their vote instead of voting for Drumpf.

Because–let’s be honest–he had plenty of time to fact check that before saying it out loud. That’s kind of disrepectful to the people who came before him to just be like, “I could be wrong but I think I’m the first...”

I don’t think she was endorsing Kasich. She tweeted this too...

maybe she’s trying to stop the trump/cruz/rubio cesspool by encouraging her republican friends to vote for a slightly saner candidate. at least that is what i am telling myself right now to not be upset.

I am not sure she is coming out as a Republican but rather saying that Kasich would be the best of the Republican candidates, which I would agree with.

So many people in my newsfeed this morning are going on about how happy they are for Leo. Here I am thinking “it’s a fucking award.” Why are so many people invested in Leo getting a head pat from the Academy?

The film “says” plenty about ecology, sexism and more. It just doesn’t give it to you in the form of dialogue exposition. It’s a shame you aren’t able to understand that but many do and love the film for it.

I did not get what Ruffalo was trying to do with all the twitching. He wasn’t given much character to work with so it was just kind of amusing, to think that he thought it would somehow give the character more depth.

I’m black and I think that’s a really absurd way of thinking about the push for diversity. It’s incredibly limiting to think that each person should only fight for the success of and draw attention to the struggles of the group they belong to.

*when the media started paying attention to epidemic of police violence,

I’m kind of confused by the reactions here, on both sides.

When asked to comment on their characters storyline the Olsen twins said:

I do love how John Stamos and Lori whoever her name is haven’t aged at all.
