Birdman, has good energy, solid performances, and a great score, but on whole more a pretentious gimmick than movie. It's way overrated and Inarritu's weakest work. Not terrible. But definitely not what it aspires to be.

Yeah it might have been wise to qualify it with "some evidence suggests it's normal" ... though I think it's also important to distinguish between the feeling of attraction and acting on that attraction, which is probably less common.
