I had a dirty throttle body that was bad enough to cause a rough idle and stalling, and it looked pretty similar to that. I wouldn’t be surprised if cleaning it improves idle and low throttle operation.
It would be interesting to see how much of that difference was just fron disconnecting the battery for long enough to reset the cars ecu, so that it has to relearn its fuel/spark trims
