Agreed - and pre-K is a VITAL investment. Hate that something needed to get cut but solid pre-K sets the stage for later education.

It is the way he did it.

He did so without a bit of graciousness and enthusiasm after stoking hatred of her by contesting the primary way past his mathematical elimination. He campaigned for her in name only and served to undercut her. Inexcusable.
