check out one of his other video's, called "The Sled"...
great, then I do have a valid reason to go laugh at him, I laughed at him for buying an automatic, but he said it was only sold with that so I had to admit it was "acceptable" then due to the engine, but now I know there's actually a manual, there's no excuse!
agreed ( @Wun-O-Seven )
FT86 should be out by 2012, it's not a sportscar, but it'll surely be a sporty car :-)
I've been to Franchorchamps multiple times ( last time was the 2008 F1-race though ), driven the Nurburgring about 20 times myself, 50 times as a passenger and about 1000 times in different games, I've also seen the 24h there 5times, Goodwood and Le Mans are on my travellist for the next 2 years, as is the Italy road…
Pffft It's easy to be against it when you have a chauffeur that drives you everywhere...
Somebody need to run it at the Nurburgring, preferably in the 24hrs, I'd like to see how it stack up to the P4/5 ( if they have better luck next year, not having a blue flashlight really wrecked their race ) and the Lexus LFA's, not to mention the Porche 911 R Hybrid and "regular" GT3 RSR's available during that race,…
according to this (Jay Lenon video):
did you read the article at all?
this has to be one of the best though.
seconded!
I once had ride with a guy from the UK in his race-tuned ( but street-legal ) Toyota Supra with about 600 bhp on the 'Ring ( he had the touristfarthen speed-record for cars for 4 years and I was surprised, by the fourth corner I had such confidence in his skill that I was not nearly as scared as I should have been…
i think the LEDs are part of those newer "mindstorm" boxes, no?
He's from my country :-)
I lived in Mumbai ( Bombay ) for 4 months a few years back, it's actually very easy to get accostumed too, though being on the back of an Indian Motorbike passing between a truck on the right and a bus on the left never ceased to be scary as hell :p
that remains one of the best street-racing vids ever :-)
they have been driving the LFA from back when it was still a prototype in the 24hrs of Nurburgring, since 2007 I believe, of course, it doesn't have a KERS-system like the 911 Hybrid, but I can assure you it sounds godly :-)
it's easy to miss in tourist days as it's hidden in a mass of trees, only manned at the 24hrs/VLN afaik.
