Plus this is great as this is spreading the word about a shitty doctor. Potentially saving other women from going through this.

I think her goal is not only finding relief but in sharing the insanity of her attempts to get competent and compassionate care. I certainly didn’t know this was a thing. I remember being prescribed Accutane, which has an extremely high risk of causing severe birth defects, and all I was told was to use two forms of birth control and to take a monthly pregnancy test via blood draw. They made you take a quiz every month online to remind you of all of the risks…

This almost 100% goes to the fact that this is a pain related issue and far to many doctors don’t believe women when they say they are in pain. This is like women getting full hysterectomy and getting sent home from the hospital being told to take to ibuprofen for the pain. Can’t prescribe them “dangerous” opioids.
If the doctor’s personal philosophy potentially violated the Hippocratic oath, then she’s well within her rights. Or will you also be clutching pearls about the other patients that posted negative reviews of the same doc as well and telling what they should be doing instead?
Another shocking part of this is the idea that hospitals can not only withhold treatment, but also advise OTHER hospitals to withhold treatment, from patients.
Hospitals snitching out on women in pain just to keep them viable for child bearing. Sounds like something out of dystopian movie but this is the future if the GOP/Conservatives/MAGAs/Evangelicals/et al have their way.
