I dig it, but I think the back story is a bit much for a bike that looks cool but evolutionary (from current designs) and not revolutionary in a re-imagining.

That makes sense, but again it comes back to the conventional seating position, which developed because of the way we wrap ourselves around the motor and gas tank of other motorcycles. Is this the most efficient seating position? Or the best for controlling a bike? If we completely threw out the idea of the motor and

It’s nice, but it’s (like ALL customs) pretty impractical.

I’m so glad it’s not just me. Yeah, it’s a cool looking bike, but nothing about it screams “radically different than a gas powered ride could be” to me.

I heard the designer spouting some idiotic hogwash like this bike isn’t modern or futuristic instead our design idea was what if the last 140 years was just electric bikes and this was just a contemporary bike.

I’d like to see that space as usable storage.. even leave it open but have straps for securing gear.

In the original design the gauge was on a single plinth sticking out from the front. It was a cool look, but in practice he found he needed something to grip against with his knees to make the bike functionally competent. That’s why it was re-designed to connect to the frame.

I don’t get it. I mean, I like the look, I just don’t get the backstory. This has all the conventional lines of a modern bike, and doesn’t do anything radical other than give it a retro-future vibe...and of course leave a very noticeable (and nonfunctional) hole where the gas tank used to be. But in a future where

It’s one of the best designed cars ever, IMHO. It’s simple and timeless.

I was thinking Acura or Accord. Both are good, economical and relatively trouble free drivers. If you are going to be in Jersey traffic, I recommend an automatic. Because stop and go is murder on clutches and legs.

Don’t forget the truck nutz.

Promo for a Japanese tire company in the middle of the American flag is a nice touch.

+1 for French flag Colors

Last Gen Saab 9-3 2.0T - still good mileage, similar size & quirky like your French cars.

The Acura is a great choice. This generation’s design is my favorite TL.

This is why Dakar is amazing. Some 959s for your time.

I wanted him to respect the game & respect me as a veteran player.

This is awesome.
