I got a chance to meet Mr. Corea at a few festivals. He was always upbeat and warm. Two of my friends were in his bands. They had nothing but great things to say about him. And for the record, he didn’t force his beliefs on them, or any other band members! It’s been a rough year so far for Jazz.
