If you’re not an insane person who wants low-flow showers: Get a Waterpik. All waterpik’s have a flow regulator that is easy to remove. That’s not always possible with other brands.

Just give up on the idea of a battery powered leaf blower. They’re great for clearing leaves and snow off a porch/patio/deck, but I’ve never found one that works in the yard. If you don’t want to deal with a 100 ft extension cord, gas is your only real option.
