I’ve actually never used AV Club before, so I don’t know what any of that is. I’m just here to watch kinja consume fresh souls and offer some long-suffering insight where I can.
In the top right corner, at the top of the page, click your avatar. Click “Your profile.” On the left side, under your larger avatar, click “Edit Profile.” There, you can change your display name without changing any of your login.
When someone replies to you, you can just click on the notification to go directly to that reply.
In theory*, this is how it works:
We used to have tags on the front page. They took it away because that’s what kinja does. Other GM sites get around this by creating logos for recurring features that they insert into the post’s main graphic.

Holy shit, a ghost!
Holy shit! There’s my good boy!

As a cub scout, we camped among the breastworks of the first major battle—and Confederate victory—of the war. Sure George Washington is a local…
The Lee worship is going to be a long, tough fight in Virginia. And it’s not just the people who are already predisposed to Confederacy apologia. I did all of my grade school in Arlington public schools, graduating from a highschool that is named after him. The Lee myth is a central and frequent part of the…
How you gonna use that tag and then not deliver? You owe us a meme.
