Interestingly, their entire back catalog (GameCube excepted) is currently available via Switch Online, the VCs, and the Minis .I haven’t looked lately but I believe the Wii U VC has just about everything console based and the 3DS has the Gameboy stuff. If you’re a player who is not on a scholarship, and don’t live in a state with a public HBCU, do you take the risk with private tuition at Howard, or just enroll in a big state school?

I think the only rational argument on why top recruits would pick the bigger schools is because there are no HBCUs in FBS, let alone in the Power 5. No exposure due to lack of media presence leads to lower draft stock.
