I’m not sure where that expectation is coming from. Honestly, I’d be impress if it hits somewhere in the Detective Pikachu ballpark. Detective Pikachu itself was a forgettable, and super cliche of a movie but I enjoyed it a lot.

There probably won't be since it would be a lot of work to uncensored. The Wiiu version has the Japanese version as a bases and it's simply a matter of patching certain files and assets. 

You do know that wasn’t the only change in the game right? They edit a whole chapter and dungeon from gravure swimsuit modeling (a common theme in the idol industry) to embrassed of having their pictures taken. This is on top of the age change which makes it all the more ridiculous.

You can just emulate the WiiU version with the uncensored patch.
