Yep...it’s definitely privileged behavior to have access to a shower at any time you want but to restrict yourself to once a week. There are people who have no other choice who’d do anything to feel clean.

I know, right? It’s called lotion. Put it on after your shower and your skin won’t feel dry. It’s almost like magic...
What, is this article in direct response to the Root article about how white people aren’t washin’ our stank asses as much during the pandemic? Cuz I mostly agree with that article over this one. Shower daily (unless you don’t poop daily I guess)
Are you a single person, or do you live with a partner? I couldn’t imagine having intimate moments if both my spouse and I didn’t shower daily. Even on the occasions where we decide to be intimate in the morning when it has been ~24 hours since we bathed I notice things aren’t exactly as fresh and pleasant as they…
This is advice for people who live alone and want to continue living alone right? I’m pretty sure my spouse would not appreciate it if I cut my showers back to once a week and didn’t change my clothes on a daily basis, and the feeling is mutual.
This country relies on the big-hearted nature of the citizenry to make up for the greedy fucking assholes that have bought our government.
Yes, this story is wonderful and indicative of the inherent good in so many sub-cultures. Yes, this story is also an absolute indictment of the country’s complete lack of anything…

“They were simultaneously rapidly responding to suspicious activity they saw in the vicinity of that fence they crashed into.” -Some asshole police union rep.
What I see here is not an automotive collection. What I see is an automotive scrap yard.
Can we all take a moment to appreciate just how well this image summarizes the entire article?
I have an additional solution:
Logic doesn’t matter to these people. I was talking to a guy from work earlier. Nice guy, but has no plans on getting the vaccine. He figures he is only potentially hurting himself and doesn’t see past that. No amount of logic surrounding the prevention of variants will matter.
We have two pandemic ravaging this country.
Covid...and rampant, emboldened, blissfully arrogant stupidity.
Simple.
