On the other end of the spectrum you have GM who just love to spend money on new products and then drop them a year later.

So...the top covers the engine bay in the back. The driver passes out from the exhaust leak (you know it does), and runs into something solid. The fuel tank in front ruptures. A big fireball follows. It sits in a salvage yard as a testament to bad choices. Two years later, sufficiently covered in rust, David Tracy…
And some pay Russian prostitutes to do it for them.
I agree with you in theory, but you’re not comparing like with like here. David doesn’t have a job or a young kid distracting him from this - this is his passion and his job and somehow it’s still gotten to this state. Also, 12 cars on your property, 5 of which don’t run (at the time the ordinance was issued), is on a…
Me too! I get a kick out of that, when actor’s voices are so different from their characters. It’s also interesting that the two characters he plays are so different - Hercules Mulligan (whose intro I love - I love “Yorktown”) is so bold and audacious (I think Lin-Manuel said the character’s supposed to be like Busta…
Looks like they’re appealing to his base of mouthbreathers in a way only they can understand: “Ooh, big trucks!”
Quellcrist Falconer forever
I’m not going to elevate the greys, so here’s the response. I’ve read the science. It’s pretty universally accepted that masks help. Even the “study” that most people post as “proof” that masks don’t work says in it’s own conclusions that masks are a reasonable precaution because the masked group didn’t wear them so…
You’re not an intelligent person and nobody values anything you have to say.
I hear their defense was “If we stole anything, it obviously was worthless” and opened their books as proof.
The fellas over at at Jeep:
Perhaps his human skin suit chafes a lot if he’s forced to wear a mask? Or he’s worried it will tear and prove he’s a lizard person, perhaps?
I wonder if a love of cobbling together wheeled transportation from broken pieces of dated technology is a prerequisite for getting hired to write at Jalopnik.
Heh. Once again, “automation” hits the lower classes the hardest...
By no means am I claiming to be an expert or have any kind of insider information, but my take is on this is that he had to take a streaming deal because he knew a theatrical release was already history — and that Apple just offered the best terms. He does sound a bit salty (but in a good-natured way? I’d have to…
how about staying the fuck at home.
America number one with twice the corona cases as second place.
Do you have any links with information about this amazing tidbit of information you just shared? That story sounds like it has everything -- death, rebirth, racism, and Disney.
I’m in the same boat as you. I get and appreciate where the actors are coming from, but from a purely selfish standpoint it will be hard to replace Missy’s fairly distinct voice with someone else.
I completely understand the move and the reasoning, but damn. Missy is not gonna be Missy without Jenny Slate voicing her. She has a hella distinctive voice.
Can do Orca! Check out the movie Free Willy. The same team made it.
