No I understand why they have someone stay behind to protect them. My point is, if you’re already keeping someone behind to watch over them, why not just keep the phones in that person’s car, and not just dangling from a random tree, making it supremely obvious what you’re doing.

If someone is staying behind to guard a tree, what’s the point of putting them there to begin with? Why not leave them all in a parked car or at least somewhere a little less obvious? It’s very odd.

That’s actually one of the things I love about the more recent Vizio TV’s, haha. Since they have chromecast built in, it frees up an input that might have otherwise been taken up by a fire stick, roku, or chromecast. Plus their higher end TV’s usually have 4-5 HDMI inputs, so you’re mostly set on that front.

It hit 115 on my digital thermometer in my backyard in Santa Clarita. So that was fun.

This. I’ve never had a single water flow problem be due to the shower head. It’s always been the pressure in the house. And if you’re not happy with the low flow shower head, they literally give you instructions on how to remove the restrictor. If you have problems after that, it’s your house, not the stupid shower

How much could one brick cost? Ten dollars?

That’s my biggest concern. I can already sense Trump chomping at the bit to promote this crap and place orders telling everyone in the US to use it, and what a great friend Russia is to the US.

I wish you the best of luck. It sounds like an incredible trip if you can get everything worked out.

I would absolutely watch that series.

I’ve used the liberty air 2's for months on regular and zoom calls and they are great. The 4 mics really help, and you can switch the sound profile between quiet or noisy environments in the app. I keep it on noisy most of the time so it does a better job of filtering out background noise.

I’ve got the Soundcores as well. I enjoy them. The audio quality is above average for the price, the mics are excellent, the choice for ear tip sizes and water resistance make these a solid choice for the gym or exercising. The case also has wireless charging (or usb-c!) like the airpod pros. Battery life is fantastic

I use a couple gravity feeders (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and haven’t had any issues with our newer cat or our senior cat. But I obviously recognize that free feeding doesn’t work for everyone, especially if you have a cat that will just not stop eating and get supremely overweight. But it’s been great not to have to

I can’t imagine paying a monthly subscription fee to watch a single streamer. For an entire service (like Twitch), if that’s your thing? Sure. But one guy, especially one who seems like a total douche? Fuck that. You can literally subscribe to real streaming services with actual movies and tv shows for not much more.

It drives me nuts that the Clarity is so ugly. Because on paper, it’s a great option. But it doesn’t hold a candle in the looks department to the Accord hybrid or the Insight hybrid.

This isn’t 100% accurate. Just because you can’t connect to your smart devices at home doesn’t mean that your power is out. It’s just as likely (and maybe moreso) that just your internet is out. Which still sucks, but isn’t nearly as concerning as power being out, leading to food in fridge spoiling, HVAC not working

Wrong. Ice cream is best eaten directly from the carton.

Wrong. The correct answer was rent a modern vehicle and not worry about it breaking down on the side of the road in Austria.

Also true. I think it bothers me more because I’m a completionist, and it would drive me nuts to not have that kind of stuff. Probably also the reason I had to stop playing games like this. Wasted way too much of my life doing so, haha. Also, if you’re doing PVP, it also leaves you under powered compared to like

The insane thing about their decision to put wiper controls on a touchscreen menu is the fact that they included a physical stalk for wiper on/off. Why not just add the dial to control intermittent speed? You already have the damn stalk, why wouldn’t you fully utilize it?

What’s your backup plan if you get over there and for one reason or another you can’t get the thing running and/or road trip worthy?
