I'm halfway through the book now and love it. The trailer really nails everything I have been experiencing, I am extremely excited for this. McShane is going to kill it.

I'm a huge fan but I don't think his producer credit or the handful of episodes he directed count as being at the creative helm on it. He hasn't written any of the episodes either.

This. I like Super 8 very much but every damn time I watch it, it always falls apart at the end. Too rushed, too unsure of what to do next.

I felt this way at first too but then I finished the series, then watched the last 2 episodes, and realized it's missing a lot of what made the comics such an enjoyable experience.

I think I've laughed more than that in an episode. The show has a consistent streak of dark humour. In the season 1 finale, as the opening title pops up and that dating website jagwagon is watching the world fall apart, as that music kicks in…hilarious everytime.

Season one of Sopranos has College and Isabella, which are as essential as they come. I agree the show got even better, but skipping season one of Sopranos is unthinkable to me.

I still think the first of these with TJ Miller hating Black Eyed Peas was the best and it's all been downhill. He didn't take it seriously at all and just made stupid jokes about Black Eyed Peas and it was funny. I thought hey this could be a good idea! Comedians just pointing out stupid shit in pop songs!
