LOL - sounds about right. Nowadays I only have one day right in the middle thats super heavy, but its been... 5-ish years, so it does settle down, eventually. :)

I'm on my second paraguard, and that six month thing... its a lie. Both times after insertion it took about 12 months for things to settle down. But, at least its not the crazy hormonal swings of the pill, its just blood and cramps like you're 17 again, for 12 months. Still worth it. :)
