Neither Trump, nor Kavanaugh, consider what they did to woman after woman after woman a crime.

Man, if I was Donald Trump I don’t think I’d want to encourage anybody hanging people. Just don’t put that idea in people’s heads, you know.

That’s to say nothing of majority-minority districts, which, to be clear, are a good thing, but a textbook gerrymander.

Does gerrymandering even matter if we’re changing the system to be based purely on popular vote?

Outlaws gerrymandering and assigns the drawing of political districts to a nonpartisan commission or, even better, to a nonpartisan computer program.

Well,The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact would effectively nullify the Electoral College if we could get enough states to pass it.  But that is a big if.

Using the term “rapist” to describe someone who attempted, yet failed to rape someone is incorrect, but not “hyperbole”.

I wish there were more coverage of the fact that no, Kavenaugh does not actually have an unchecked career trajectory. It took 3 years to confirm him for his current position, precisely because of questions that were raised during his nomination process.

That’s some great reporting. It may not mean anything to those who have sold their souls, but the rest of us are listening

I understand the reference, but you might want to put that kind of content in quotations going forward.

A woman from Oceanside CA has. Julie Swetnick is pretty sure she was raped by him, but the whole getting roofied thing makes it hard to positively identify specific perpetrators. She does remember that Rapey McBeerface and ol’Mark were hanging around the rape room with the other bros prior to her drugging.

Just one... If they found out he'd written in a current diary that he had changed his mind and really galvanized on an opinion that there should be serious limits to presidential authority.  I suppose in Brett's case it would be a calendar.

How many different times of lying under oath will it take for someone on the Judiciary Committee to acknowledge his unrelenting perjury?

Roy Moore: Statutory Rapist. Republican Politician Approved. Voter Disapproved.

Wow, lying under oath doesn’t count for shit if the justice in question is going to be a reliable vote. See, e.g., Thomas, Clarence.

Bret Kavanaugh, lying, serial rapist.

If Flake is the best republican/fascists can do against a lying serial rapist, they are pathetic and evil.

“Sure you can have an FBI investigation. But we’ll pick who they can talk to and what questions they can ask.” - Trump administration

With the White House and Don McGahn controlling the investigation? Right.
