The only dollar store I shop is The Dollar Tree. It seems to be the best of the best. Everything is a dollar, some are better values than others.

I find the plastic organizational supplies are the best value. They sometimes have really great small boxes/bins for organization. They are definitely made of a lesser

Great video and some really good techniques...some of which I’ve unknowingly used myself in the past. I find I’ve been subconsciously using the deep breathing technique (aka, “deep, cleansing breaths”) on a daily basis—even when I’m not stressed. It’s pretty much just how I breathe nowadays for some reason.

There is a difference between a discount store (Dollar General) and a $1 store where everything is a dollar, but they are basically the same as far as content. A $1 store will likely have smaller items to reflect that price. What are good buys at either place? Paper goods, including gift wrapping stuff, and office

Dollar General is not a “dollar store.” You should change the photo.

My local dollar tree actually has a pretty good “mailing” section. You can find bulk bubble wrap, packing tape, padded envelopes, even moving boxes, all for a dollar. Those items are typically priced pretty high if you go to a store like Office Depot or a UPS.

The local dollar stores over here have brand-name stuff, sometimes for the same price, sometimes more expensive (dollar stores are up around 3-4 dollars max now around here) but you get decent stuff for cheap. I recently got a massive pile of graphic novels at a local one for less than 30 bucks.

I love Dollar Tree stuff (especially the Dermasil lotion), but the soap dries me right the hell out.

I also like the soda (I don’t drink a lot of soda period, so I don’t mind if it’s a little flat...my family might mind though).

Dollar Tree Foam Board! For just a few bucks you can build a great frame for an RC airplane using plans found online.. there’s a huge community around it recommend starting here http://flitetest.com/articles?grid=…

The party supplies are great. I’m graduating this weekend. I’ve gotten plates, silverware, tablecloths, napkins, decorations, and cups for 50 people for less than $20. The plates probably wouldn’t hold up for baked beans or something wet like that but they are perfect for burgers.

Good reminder. I picked up a roll of aluminum foil at the dollar store once. It was 10 running feet. Back it went onto the shelf.

Shelf liners and contact paper too. I get a pretty black and white floral pattern and have used it to cover a bunch of cardboard boxes that are under the bed storage.

Never ! I did some math on some branded product and they are always more expensive a the dollar store:
-BBQ sauce
-Mayo
-Ketchup
-Spicy salsa
-Meat sauce

All of those and more are cheaper at the grocery store on a dollar per oz math.

Besides most of the dollar stuff is usually older and/or beaten up.

White tissue paper for gift boxes and for gift bags. I usually wrap gift bag items in white tissue paper for the concealment and ripping joy.

Before thanksgiving, I stop at the Dollar Tree and stock up on disposable takeout containers (aluminum foil type). These are great for sending home doggie bags for my guests.

Agreed. Cheap tools are a false economy (as Jane Eyre would say).

I find that all the no name cleaners, soaps, etc from the Dollar Store are absolutely terrible, about as good as water with green or blue food coloring. I’d rather pay for name brand stuff that you have to use less of to get something clean.

I like to look for supplies for my crafting projects. It is so much cheaper to get some of the things at a dollar store than it is at Micheal’s or at Joanne’s.

“Why do you always talk about girls in such graphic terms?”

Agree with you entirely. Anyone who thinks Hillary is going to cakewalk her way to the nomination is being incredibly naive. She certainly has strengths of her own, but she’s under investigation, has a penchant for unforced errors, and her fortunes are going to rise or fall based on the state of the economy. She’s

What do people expect them to do, seriously? Trump has so many supporters right now that if there is a brokered convention the party will fracture in a big way. Their name will be shit for not being for the people, the party would be less than flea poop. Trump has them by the balls because Americans are dumb and
