I like this!

Holy shit.

You’re kidding, right?

OMG, I thought I would never be able to expand my Lug collection! YAY!

I’ve only carried my weekender once, but I did like a lot. It was a nice alternative to my normal purse + awkward carry-on and the shoe compartment was nice to have.

The friend that recommended me for a job suggested that I ask for something that made me physically ill. I wound up asking for a 150% increase, and it was approved (with lots of sign-offs from HR). This was an entirely new role, unrelated in most ways to what I’d been doing before, but as an internal transfer, my

I’d leave out the part about the kids, because that veers into ‘illegal’ territory. I classify things as ‘work’ or ‘not-work’. Whether I go home to 2 kids, 2 partners, or 2 tvs, what I’m doing in my downtime isn’t really relevant in an interview or as a determining factor for whether or not I should be hired.

Couldn’t he have just stolen a candy car from the store or said a curse word or something like that?

I keep an entirely separate Facebook profile for instances like this. My primary profile cannot be found with email address (it’s different than the one on my resume) or name (again, different), so, if they’re looking, there’s nothing really interesting to find.

Interesting!

I can’t speak to what was in the contract, but I get the feeling that it wasn’t JUST about the fact that he was sleeping with somebody. He’s married, the intern was married, and instead of being discreet, they were pretty public (on-set) and Patrick’s behavior (not going to set) was unprofessional.

I think at the point where they renamed the hospital Grey-Sloan, it was time for it to be over.

I started watching the series from the beginning on Hulu (Plus, if that matters). I’ve watched off and on for a couple of years, and I figured going back to the beginning would help it make more sense.

For me, it’s not about not being able to bring myself to leave to get them, it’s more about ‘do I want to schlep this home with everything else?’ The answer for big paper goods is always a ‘no’. I’m trying to do more of my shopping in short bursts, and unless I went to the store JUST for TP, it’s an awkward trip back

I’ve gotten the impression (in general, not from the doc) that most people aren’t even doing the assemblies of the tiny homes themselves. They pick out a plan and have someone else do the work, or pick from several available models.

Nope to all of this.

Completely and totally off-topic, but the fact that the chick’s name is Jeyne Poole has always felt to me like a nod to R+L = J.

I use both daily, I like both for different reasons.

Love, love, LOVE pushbullet. It lets me see notifications wherever I am (like on the desktop when I’m at work) or push things to where I can check them out later.

I don’t think I’ve often seen people talk about ‘issues’ without acknowledging their privilege, and Bruce did that. You know, he was like, I have access to doctors and meds and this, that, and the other, that other people don’t have.
