No. I get to make fun of ridiculous people when they do ridiculous things, especially as grown adults with massive amounts of money and privilege who should know better. Especially when that person has no actual clout whatsoever except for the fact that her parents were rich and famous and therefore she is too. Like,

If you haven't already, read the book "The Gift of Fear." It's generally about abusive partners but everything it says can be applied to other people in your life. I don't recommend getting the police involved because that can cause the person's behavior to escalate. Contact her only one more time, via text or email

"Which is weird because they're all celebrities and have nothing to do with your life"

Oh god, I forgot about her string of milquetoast husbands! There are plenty of parts to go around.

Can you imagine the money they would make on a Spy vs. Spy style romp?

I get what you're saying, but nah. If I found a gun just laying about, I would call the police. Because, OMG THERE IS A GUN LAYING ABOUT. I would assume it was used in a crime or something and would definitely not want to touch it.

Sorry friend, but that's incorrect. With as much interpretation and symbolism as there is in the bible, the only thing anyone can truly agree on is that God and Jesus want you to love everyone equally while leaving the judging to them.

You're not going to make it into / through academic high school. I secretly wish this teacher shows up as a patient during or after I finish med school!

You know what, though? I lost or purposely lost contact with a lot of "friends" after it happened. You'd really be amazed. People who have been close to you for years, all who suddenly just aren't comfortable being around you anymore because it makes them think of how shitty things are and they want to continue

I suppose you're right, all stories could use more cake. But this still a seriously unusual happening, and quite noteworthy, and I'm glad this woman survived her hair-raising marriage/separation & lived to host an AMA.

I think it's not the actual turning him in part that sucks, it's the part when you realize your friend is a shitty person in need of incarceration that really stings.

My oldest and closest friend is someone who I've been close to for 30 years.
Regardless(or irregardless if you like made up words) of what he had done it would be terribly painful to have to bring the law down on him.
Emotions.
Them's funny things they are.

This "botched-murder-for-hire-with-the-wife-surviving" is not a very common scenario at all! The all-too-common scenario is the wife who's already dead because the husband killed her himself. That is why this particular story stands out so much.

That would probably have some romantic value to some people.

What? What is NOT sensational about this whole thing? This guy contracted to have his wife murdered because she left him. He couldn't take no for an answer, he wouldn't leave her alone, he didn't want her to have a life without him. It's fucking chilling.

She smiles when she's at home with her family. She does not smile when her mother is being followed by 15 persistent grown ass men with flashing cameras in her face, but way to make normal fucking baby behavior about your disdain for her mother.

Congrats!! I think the thing that's helped my partner and I the most is just communication. For instance, if one of us comes home upset or in a weird mood, we'll talk about what's going on. I think we've been saved from many fights by this because, for example, my asking my partner what's going on if he's snappy when

My partner and I were on more or less the same timeline. We met in February 2011 and moved in together exactly ten months later. I was 32, he was 29 and neither of us had lived with a romantic partner before. This is what I wish I'd known:

I was born in 87 as well. And you're right. But I also feel that the stories the media presents to us skews the general feelings of a population. And our generation is so connected that we are constantly inundated with bad news. It helps to think that for every terrible tragedy like this, a million small good things

So you're of the opinion that if America were annexed by a foreign power that shunted our people into ghettos and took the occasional thrown rock as an excuse to rain ordinance down on us and kill exponentially more of our civilians than we could ever hope to kill over theirs our tv shows wouldn't just be the TINIEST
