There's a difference though between religious discrimination and not providing accommodation. I am require to serve Jews, but not required to serve kosher food, for example. We aren't allowed to not serve people. But we don't have to serve them in ways that are substantially different than our ordinary business.

I take offense to your harried, low-ranking adjunct professor comment. I am a harried low-ranking adjunct and I always show up well-groomed! I admit that my dad is a retired tenured professor who often looked like that in his younger days.

Not even with Coldplay, what with Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow remaining on friendly terms and sharing custody of their children so those children get to live life without being torn and abused during/after their parents’ divorce.
