If the current assholes at SCOTUS have their way, the EPA won’t be able be regulate the air under the Clean Air Act or the water under the Clean Water Act because Congress didn’t give them a thousand point list of all the things to do under said Acts to fulfill the mission of the law as written. Fuck SCOTUS. 

Ladies and gentlemen, capitalism. Where it is cheaper to give people cancer than it is to do basic health and safety.

Follow up question, how many other alarms has the company ignored, both literal and HR related? From the various plants I’ve worked on, safety and protocol tends to either get followed closer than religion or it looks more like this company. Either way, being driven by the attitude of local management.

The point of the article wasn't to put into question his ability to control Tesla. It was to point out the fact Musk himself expects to not only lose the court case, but he cannot get outside investment support for this billionaire boondoggle.

I assume it’s because he believes his life as Gene is dull and grey after the technicolour worlds of Jimmy McGill and Saul Goodman. That certainly applies to Kim in Florida.

According to the (fictional) University of American Samoa’s (real) Facebook page, Saul Goodman “donated” $5,000 to the school and received an honorary diploma.

She’s really great in this. Her character is written well and I love that she’s an integral part of Gene’s (possible) downfall. I mean that it’s not stunt casting or place holding:  Marion is necessary to the story, and Burnett just nails the part.

I thought maybe she was doing it face down. Perhaps she’s done so many that she doesn’t even need the pictures anymore.

Point well taken. Not to dismiss Howard as tangential, but Kim and Jesse were obviously most directly associated and complicit with the respective lead protagonists.
