The fact of the matter is, the shooter was not convicted of domestic violence. Without a due process it’s might difficult to remove an individual’s rights. Even if they an alleged domestic abuser, or suffer from a psychiatric condition.

Due process matters in this country. I’d focus on why the shooter wasn’t convicted under one of the the pile of charges he was arrested under.

If he had been convicted he wouldn’t have been allowed to posses a firearm. Removing an individual’s rights without due process flies in the face of all of our rights.

It’s how a ton of gyms stay in business without being ridiculously crowded.
