I think it’s fair to say, if you’ve purchased fortnite skins and/or other fortnite microtransactions your opinion doesn’t count here because you’re obviously biased. Likewise if you consider using steam a defining, positive personality trait.

You do understand running servers, especially the amount Valve/Steam does, is incredibly expensive right? Add on top of that all the features offered and doing a significant amount of the customer support. They are not simply “just the storefront” and they most certainly don’t just sit on the money.
