It kinda seems like Epic was a one hit wonder; they made the unreal engine and everything I’ve heard of from them has been following a fad and completely unoriginal and uninspired. Fortnite followed PUBG (or minecraft hunger games if you’re and og), and now the Epic store. Maybe if they did something on their own merit…

If you right click on the drive in the file manager you get the option to eject. It’s one step. That really isn’t a lot to ask

You need to tell the computer you plan on removing the drive so it can properly handle the cache. Until PCs are telekinetic, there is no ‘solution’ aside from have 3 seconds of patience
