Actually, I wouldn’t be so sure. I bought forza horizon 4 for the xbox, but it’s downloadable on my PC. Not even as a streamed game, I just have it for both systems after buying it for one. They’d probably do the same for Halo, considering that’s pretty much their other flagship exclusive.
