I respect your point of view. I may very well be wrong, but, that is how it came off to me and it is the feeling I am left with.
I don't think Varner would've have been contrite (in the moment), if the rest of the tribe had reacted as he wanted them to.

Agree, it shows a deep lacking in Varner.

After this incident, this is my prevailing thoughts on Jeff Varner……. At a moment when he felt cornered and without options, his choice is to act in a malicious way towards someone else. I say malicious because he planned this before hand.
No matter what he says now, the truth of his character is how he chooses to

I have no idea where the show is headed in that direction, I do believe that the writers in TGW / TGF universe, don't conceive a happy marriage as part of these shows. There hasn't been ONE. It's a pity about Diane and Kurt, because that relationship made Diane stronger.
I hear you about that because it was a big draw

Ha ha ha, that was very funny.

Yes, she definitely can. I am thinking about her short lived sitcom in CBS where she played a guardian angel.

I feel much better now, lol.

Right.

No, has the opposite effect…..

I don't dislike the show, just don't think it's worth all access.

What Sastay is pointing out is that the memory as written is inconsistent writing.

True.

WE know that, but it isn't happening.
Specially on a show designed to draw subscribers to All Access.

Good God no, I am too old for that. Lol

Best Maia description I've read.
This episode highlighted her immaturity more so than the others.

Right, it didn't feel like a lead to a season finale which may make next week's overstuffed to get it all done.

"It's hardly bad, but it's nothing spectacular either (certainly nothing approaching TGW's best)"
What you said hits the nail on the head.

If they did I missed it. He doesn't read as gay to me and I doubt the show will go in that direction, we already have the token gay character with Maia.

Yep, I've never watched an episode………..

To a certain extent, yes (I had to Google that as I had no idea what it meant).
