Really enjoying this season, that characters are maturing in ways that are believable an consistent with their characters.
The Grace that carefully had the conversation with Brianna, avoiding land mines, yet being helpful is leaps ahead of the Grace of season one who had such difficulty being kind.

Heck, I want one. Wish the show had decided on a promotional tie in and actually manufactured them.

My draw was Jane Fonda.

Luckily, I am selfish and don't share…. lol
Today I remembered that I discovered this shows two years ago while on vacation, I was bored with the hotel's cable and decided to use my computer to find something on Netflix, was hooked from the opening scene at the restaurant.

I would happily spend time with Grace, her brittle demeanor and dry humor.

My hat goes off to you, I would need Frankie in small dosages, funny as she is.

Spot on assessment.

LMAO,
When season 2 started I was tempted to go straight into it and made myself quit.
I do have to rewatch some of the first episodes of season 3 as I was slightly distracted yesterday. This show makes it so easy to watch (and re watch).

I agree with Kayla that Sam Watson and Martin Sheen have grown much more comfortable playing love interests, as a result, you can see the chemistry between Sol and Robert and their relationship doesn't feel as stilted.
I like that Jacob didn't give Grace an immediate pass after her apology, many times she is absolved

I binged watched the season yesterday and it made me re watch season 1 today as I wanted to see it through different eyes.
So worth it.

Wow,
Bummer that you don't as they've been moments that made me howl with laughter. Season 3 not so much as previous ones (for me), but I still find it very funny.

I don't want to get into details about the business during this season to be fair to others.
As for episode 1 I am OK with how it was handled, the focus was more on ageism than the loan.

Valid points.

Thanks for refreshing my memory.

Coyote's face when he said that he couldn't even participate in the game he invented.

In my opinion, the easy answer is as a plot device.
A more complex viewpoint to me, is that no matter her financial solvency; at her age, post divorce and facing eventual retirement, no one would advise a 73 yr. old to sink $75,000 of her own money in a startup not projected to be profitable for 3 yrs.

I am so glad this show is back and, that you are the reviewer Kayla. Your episodic reviews on season were a highlight for me and complimented my watching the show.
I binge watched season 3 and look forward to your take on each episode and as a whole.

I don't understand your response, I was acknowledging and complimenting your comment in my response, I have nothing negative to say about Disqus.

"They're not paid trolls most of the time, they're just unoriginal"
This is the reason they don't do well here, that unoriginality can't keep up or have a meaningful exchange with the smart witty commentary that happens here.

Spot On.
