Maybe the Coolio reference came because of his song Gangsters Paradise, alluding to Eli Pope and B613 as gangsters.
I make that inference because Shonda tends to use music and musical references in Scandal effectively.

So good to read your comment, for a long time I've wondered if I was the only one who felt like this.
I have so very few American shows to watch….

I'm black and I will tell you that Scandal is unwatchable, that's why people are complaining and no longer watching it. I don't care who writes and produces a bad show, if said show has lost it's way, I quit watching.
And no, I am not a Grey's fan.

No, no, no.
Try as they may, the magic of the previous iteration is dead. I watched Prue in My Kitchen Rules UK. As nice as she was on that show, all I remember are all the things she didn't like.
This new cast and the infusion of commercials that will break up the baking flow doesn't sound attractive.

I agree with you on that point, if they want it to succeed, they will have to make VAST technical improvement but for one hour a week (with an ad blocker), I can deal with it.

I am looking to Adrian's reaction when she returns with what she's discovered. As she was talking he looked at her as if wondering when he'd fallen down the rabbit hole.
In TGW we had a similar moment with a David Lee that always make me laugh.

Thank you.

You are right that tying her future to Neil Gross is worrisome, I see it as buying herself time which she was desperately in need for, plus once her name is on the door she can work hard to keep it there.
Barbara is not un her corner no matter what.

That juxtaposed with the look he has after she plays the recording and drives off was priceless.

Neil Gross is indeed difficult, yet, for me some of the best Good Wife episodes had to do with Chum Humm (sp.?) lawsuits.

At least no one is being vicious, nasty and unkind to her for expressing her opinions as she was to many fans like myself who fell, out of love with the show during previous seasons.

Well said.

Maybe you'll experience the change in tone of the show differently.

Not even that will do it…

This I wouldn't pay for.
Years ago, I subscribed to a higher satellite package so that I had access to The Boomerang network BECAUSE they offered those classic cartoons, over time, the programming changed to Dexter's Laboratory, Power Puff Girls, etc. Nothing wrong with those shows other than their severely stretching

That is an interesting view. Clearly not how I saw it, so, I look forward to your possibilities.

Indeed.

Certainly with the later seasons of House of Cards.

Get rid of the other two and just have Emily. I'd watch that any day.

I'd completely forgotten about that.
