Can someone explain the two-parter to me?

I'm fairly lost on what happened in the episode. Maybe it's just my mood, but I feel confused. On a different note, I read the iZombie comic and it's almost completely different.

What issue was it?

Spoilers- the entire DC Rebirth mystery is actually a secret follow-up to the Superman & Bugs Bunny miniseries. Yoyo the Dodo warped reality.

So far, all of these specials have been wonderful. I can't wait for Batman/Elmer Fudd and Jonah Hex/Yosemite Sam.
