I don’t know anything about boxing and didn’t watch the match and Merryweather isn’t any better than Paul from what I've read. The best result would have been if they both lost.

Well, I'm almost 50, so it really wouldn't matter either way.

I give a total of zero shits about Logan Paul and all I’ve ever read about him is negative, but dude got jacked. He looks good. Not in an “I'm attracted to him” way, just looks good.

Is this article an ad? Really weird that it’s just describing the content of a car commercial.

If there’s no Bova, I riot!

Y’alls what’d go real good with some “water ice?” Some “corn popcorn.”

Why did they put what appears to be a girl with a broken back on the shoe? Or is she a rare, two-legged centaur? Or maybe related to Donald Trump?

He has ‘80s William Shatner hair.

It doesn’t appear to include the only feature I’d even consider paying for, which is eliminating promoted tweets from my feed. Dumb.

Super Dodgeball was the shit, I loved that game.

Unrelated, but I named one of my cats Commander Shepurrd. My other cat is named Peter Purrker.

Cruella isn’t a movie. It’s a series of music videos with gorgeous visuals stitched together with a thin story full of weird digressions to justify the songs used in the soundtrack. It’s more Across the Universe or Mamma Mia but focused on an era rather than a specific band. The not-a-movie is bad, though.

Disagree. Most of the songs are songs I like, but the soundtrack as a whole is awful and groan worthy. Like it was picked by a middle schooler who just discovered music made before they were born and they picked the deepest cuts they could based on their limited knowledge. It’s just a mish mash of songs with titles

These were all pretty successful books, so you may have already read them all, but here are my recs anyway. My favorite narrator is Adjoa Andoh, and she narrates all of Ann Leckie’s incredible books, (the sci fi Imperial Radch trilogy and the fantasy Raven Tower). Also love Peter Kenny who narrates Andrzej Sapkowski’s

I saw Ishtar in the theater in 1987. I saw all the terrible reviews and thought “I gotta see that!” Plus, it had Isabel Adjani in it and I thought she was the bee’s knees. There were 3 people in the theater, my and my friend and one other person. I don’t remember much about the movie other than the pop song that the

I saw QP2 yesterday at AMC and yep, signs were up that vaxxed people didn’t need to mask. There were probably 20 people in the theater for a 1pm showing. I’m vaxxed. The vaccines are not 100% effective, I know, but the CDC has said vaxxed people are highly unlikely to catch covid, and if they do they are highly

I saw Here Today 8 days ago as my first movie in 15 months. It was really bad. But the crappy movie nachos were delicious.

Late reply, but it was interesting. Pretty straight forward, interviews with former SS and other Nazi officers, proud or regretful of their participation to various degrees. I’ve seen more horrifying docs about the holocaust, but there are still a few scenes where they show some disturbing pictures.

Well, I reactivated A-List, so I can see 3 movies a week. I saw Final Account on Tuesday, will see Quiet Place today and Cruella tomorrow. Final Account was an interesting doc filled with interviews of former Nazi officers, I think I’ll like Quiet Place but it will probably be a relative let down as a sprequel, and I

I’m fully vaxxed and over a month past my second shot. When the CDC relaxed guidelines for vaccinated people a week and a half ago, I reactivated my AMC A-List and started going to movies again. I’m not working right now, so I have a lot of free time and have gone to 3 movies even though the good movies don’t start
