Same. I upgraded from the original vivoactive to the 3 when the touch screen stopped responding after about 3 years. I’m glad I did, I like the round face better. It’s pretty great for tracking my running and letting me read texts without pulling my phone out. I don’t do much more with it, though.
I had, uh... Carcass, Morbid Angel, Sepultura, Slayer... nope, no Fresh Prince.
I went one night when an ex got a call from someone at Paisley Park saying he was going to perform that night... we went and hung out for a couple hours but he never showed. I wish I could have seen it, I only ever got to see him perform in an arena.
I’m seein’ double... six Vanilla Ices!
It utterly baffled me how anyone could believe anything Trump says, believe he is strong in any way, or respect him. He and the GOP have fully shown their lack of scruples, morality, integrity or ideology other than power for the sake of power. But Trump supporters want to be told things they believe, they don’t care…

Ian knows what’s up. I bought a decent-ish gaming tower, hooked it up to my bedroom TV and got a nice wireless keyboard (logitech G613) and mouse (logitech g502), both with lightspeed wireless for a great connection at about 10 feet away, and play in bed sitting up with my feet kicked out. It’s pretty awesome. I also…
I just don’t understand the amount of money involved in what appears to be a relatively simple, reproduceable app which, (when is Facebook or YouTube going to have a competing app?) after what happened with Vine, doesn’t really guarantee any sort of long-term success or return on investment. But it appears long-term…
The only All In that I recognize is the one with Chris Hayes. Oh, and the documentary with Stacey Abrams now.
But if legit successful musicians bite into the religious pop scene, where does that leave the marginally talented bands that can only make it in that scene?
Same. I just cancelled my subscription so it won’t get auto-renewed. Now I have a membership I just won’t use for another 6 months. Whee.
DC Universe Infinite may be cheaper on a monthly basis($8 vs $10), but annually is actually more expensive than Marvel Unlimited ($75 vs $70 for Marvel.)
Rock on, Uncle Fester.
I dunno, I thought they showed he was a good guy that cared about her, whereas Harley could be self-centered, and so that was probably something she didn’t experience much as a supervillain. And she confused the affection for someone that treated her well for love.
Y’know, it’s common to trot out someone of the other party to try and show how unpopular your opponent is (i.e. Zell Miller at the RNC in 2004), so it’s easy to downplay stuff like this, but it is honestly shocking how many people who have served in the Trump administration are coming out to oppose him. Troye, Betsy…
Someone just asked me yesterday about what my favorite sci-fi movie was, and who can answer a question like that with a simple “this movie.” So in my long answer, I didn’t say Close Encounters was my favorite movie, but I did bring it up and said I thought it was Spielberg’s best film.
I dunno, I’ll get a PS5 eventually, probably before a Series X because I’m primarily a PC gamer, but... Sony WANTS to sell you a PS5. You will get one if you want one, but you may have to wait until there are a couple games worth playing. Maybe I’ve just mellowed with age; I’ll get it when I get it.
I was in school when it happened, in 8th grade, I don’t really remember anything in particular happening in my school, I don’t remember class being interrupted. I think there was an announcement over the PA? I DO however, remember when Reagan was shot, and classes being interrupted for that.
They need to add the entire run of The Colbert Report, dammit!
