I’m going to assume that’s pronounced “Chachi”.

Yeah, I’ve run the trails near my house more than ever, getting out 5-6 days a week instead of hitting the treadmill at the gym, which I would do because I’d work out before work and I work so early that the trails aren’t open yet because it’s still dark out.
Yeah, I loved the game, just never understood why they used the same map for every cave with the unused rooms/doors greyed out rather than just removing the unused portions from the map. Would it have been that much harder? And yes, best use of Florence + the Machine in a fantasy soundtrack.
I’ve popped into a Target near me about twice a week and about half the time have seen between one and three switch lites in the case. I got a switch a while ago so I don’t need one, but I’ve thought about picking one up just to resell at the retail price because people reselling for profit are kind of dicks.
Lisa Hanawalt did the character designs for both, but Raphael Bob-Waksberg is the creator of Bojack, while Hanawalt is the creator of Tuca and Bertie. Both are produced by Tornante Company. So they look similar, but they’re pretty different. I like Bojack, didn’t really click with Tuca and Bertie. Might be because…
Yes, too many mermaids. What we need is mermaid zombies. Or is it zombie mermaids? I think I want to see The Swimming Dead. And Fear the Swimming Dead. And The Swimming Dead: World Below.
Only checked out one, but it’s more white noise than ASMR. I get the feeling that it’s just being used as marketing by people that don’t understand what it is. And probably because some people have really negative reactions to stuff that actually triggers ASMR for a lot of people. Relaxing or quiet-ish does not equal…
How can he risk damnation when he’s on tour with Testament and Exodus? If I hadn’t listened to those bands back in the day, I could easily believe they were christian metal bands. The only christian metal band I ever heard that I thought was any good was Believer. I went to one of their shows, and it was weird...…
This was a really well timed article. I bought Doom Eternal on Steam exactly 2 weeks ago today and after Denuvo... well, I just returned it.
The killer app.
It’s quintessentially 80s in the way a Patrick Nagel painting is. It completely embodies the aesthetic of the decade, but since the 80s were about slick bullshit, it’s pretty much just slick bullshit.
The Ghostbusters to Darkwing Duck transition really didn’t work for me, but the rest segued pretty well. I vaguely remember that Raccoons thing, but holy shit that seems really obscure relative to everything else.
I got into New Mutants because of Bill Sienkewicz and when I heard this was based on the Demon Bear story, I was pretty psyched. The Dani/Sam/Rahne/Roberto/Amara/Ilyanna (and then Doug and Warlock) lineup IS the New Mutants to me. I got out of New Mutants before Cable joined, so... I have nearly the opposite opinion…
I saw it in the theater. It came out the spring of my last year of junior high and besides me and my friend, there was one other person there. I don’t remember hating it but outside of the couple lines of that song about playing the accordion I barely remember what it was about.
Nah, seitan is pretty easy to make unless you’re trying out some strange flavoring experiment. It’s like boiling a loaf of bread. I made it a couple times until I found out I was gluten intolerant, and since that’s the main ingredient... oh well.
New Apple TV 4K with A12X - 64GB/128GB ready to ship.
That looks like it could well be a match. We’ve got her now!
Enhance!
How (or why) did they make it look like CGI characters were filmed separately and green-screened into the same background? It looks really bad.
Um... what’s with the poofy shoulders? That blouse is all-around pretty horrendous.
