One particularly disturbing detail was that the victim recalled the boys saying "we had to do it now it's your turn." Like gang rapes are part of the initiation to this particular frat. Implying there would be at least one gang rape occurring there a year.

I think that hate groups should have to put up their member list. They can continue to discuss/be/do whatever they like under free speech. But, when you are a member of a police department and you belong to a hate group, you can't do your job. The End.
