Keebler used to have a nationally available chip called Tato Skins that came in a couple of flavors, one of them was Cheddar and Bacon. These look like a copy of those (or maybe rebranding).  I can confirm they are tasty.

My first thought upon seeing this title was “it had better be some kind of cheese sauce, or they don’t know their customers at all.”

You can get their regular cheese sauce at Culver’s to dip the fries in. I am also not a fan of their fries (or crinkle cuts in general), but they work OK as cheese delivery vehicles.

I drink a ton of LaCroix, but really only while I’m eating. I don’t miss the lack of flavor when I’m washing down food. But I rarely just sit down and drink one, because they don’t have enough flavor to really enjoy on their own.

I was not aware.  Clearly, they are sandwiches, but I don’t think Oscar Mayer’s proclamation is enough to stop people from arguing otherwise.

For a fast food chain that sells cheeseburgers, french fries, and ice cream, it doesn’t make much sense that McDonald’s would draw the line at frying its apple pies.”

Checkers/Rally’s also has fried apple pies that are really, really good.

In the fall, they used to have fried pumpkin pies.  As great as the apple and cherry were, the pumpkin pies were even better.  I still have cravings for them.

Also surprised to see a “biggest food debates” article without “is a hot dog a sandwich?”

Lately, I have been making my tuna salad using Branston Pickle. It’s a British condiment that is diced vegetables in kind of a sweet/sour sauce that has a ton of umami flavor. I’m really loving it.

Also: Marseilles (Mar-sales) and Bourbonnais (Bur-bone-us).

The worst part of a french fry is the flavorless potato interior. The best part of a french fry is the golden brown crunchy exterior. Steak fries have the most of the worst part and the least of the best part. That makes them the worst (or close to the worst) fries.

I’m a guy, so take this for what it’s worth, but there are two other things I should mention that I saw from my wife’s pregnancies:

I have tried most of the new Coke flavors, and I thought Move was the best. I love coconut flavor though, and that is the most dominant flavor I got from it. Definitely some vanilla, and a little bit of a spice quality too.  I would drink this one again, the others I’ve tried have been just a novelty.

I am a solid De Cecco fan, and I buy almost nothing else unless I can’t get the pasta shape I’m looking for (e.g., Ditalini). I had a pound of the La Molisana Spaghetti a la Chitarra in my pantry that I was saving to make cacio e pepe for my wife, and I tried it last weekend. Definitely the best cacio e pepe I’ve ever

I’ve never been that big of a fan of Home Run Inn as a restaurant. I mean, it’s good, but Chicago has so many good pizza places.

They are a little sparse on toppings, especially the pepperoni.  But in all seriousness, they are so much better than any other frozen pizza, it doesn’t matter.  The crust is so good, you don’t even feel like you’re eating frozen pizza.

Yeah, this is the problem.  My understanding is that the report says the stoves are hazardous even when they’re not on, because they constantly leak gas.

I frequently order guava/cheese pastries at any Cuban-type restaurant.  At one Cuban coffee shop, I ordered the guava/cheese pastry, and what they gave me was a deep fried mozzarella stick with guava sauce inside.  I initially thought “What the f*** is this?”  But I gave it a try, and it was pretty great.  I assume

Count me as one who is missing Dunkin’s veggie egg whites. They were surprisingly tasty and filling. It’s the only non-meat based breakfast sandwich I ever ordered.  My wife and daughter loved them too.
