I just watched that episode (and just commented above the same thing).

I just watched the first season and the line about Clifford's hair turning white overnight gave me Leland Palmer vibes. It was the moment I paused it and turned to my wife and said Clifford was my murderer suspect. This show is so Twin Peaks-y. Love it.

Personally, the whole season has felt pretty heavy handed. 

But it is different. Also, avoid subreddits. Easier said than done, but it’ll do you some good.
