If your company is going to use AI in a customer service role than the company should stand by the decisions THEIR AI makes.

I’ve harped on the issue before, and how people are so blithely unconcerned about the sheer weight of EVs crunching asphalt and buckling bridges. You think America’s roads and highways are crap now? Wait’ll the cumulative effects of EVs pounding them takes hold.

Yawn, the Sauber is literally the only one that actually looks distinctive. The rest are just slightly tweaked with added black.

This is still better looking.

I’m in Europe right now and there’s an advertising campaign on British tv encouraging tourism to the USA.

Is....is that Farscape-1?

The Peugeot E-208 is a damned beautiful automobile.

Same here. Even in suburban New Hampshire, this is basically the trash trucks we have, I wouldn’t exactly call them “European style”. We wheel out a cart and leave it at the curb one morning a week, truck comes by, does what is shown in the video, and off they go. Same exact thing for recycling, just have a second

Clarkson’s Farm is just as good as any of the car stuff, and rather more educational.

I liked Richard Hammond’s “Big” show he had. and Top Gear will forever live on rent free for the rest of my life. No one can ever just take a reliant robin and just tip it over to prove a point ever again.

I thought it was missing a zero at the end, or they were talking about the 12v battery.

In Québec city, they don’t really use salt. They only pour gravel when it’s icy which is nice. I barely ever wash my car and it doesn’t have much rust for its age (Hyundai accent 2006 with ~155 000 km). It washes itself when it rains or when the snow melts on it.

I live in northern Minnesota — six months of winter and gravel roads. My car is usually the dirtiest one around when I go to warmer climes. When temperatures are consistently below freezing, just leave the car cold. Colder is better. Don’t put it in a heated garage. That’s the kiss of death.

The new 500e looks like a great alternative to the forbidden fruit of the Honda e that’s not coming Stateside. As an Abarth owner, I’m still astonished that I could actually walk in a Fiat dealer in drive out in the kind of Euro car that (a few) Americans have long dreamed of owning.

If this is your thing, good luck finding one nicer. Buy it and spirit it away to a desert climate before the Florida humidity imposes its will. I see that I’m in a small minority, but I’ll say NP.

You guys! The problem with Haas is:
* Mazepin
* COVID
* The new regs are coming soon, so we’re just going to run the OLD car
* Mick
* Steiner! It MUST be Steiner!
* Steiner’s plans and fingerprints on the team doomed the 2024 season
* No reason to rebuild the car, we’ll wait for 2026.

Am I getting ahead of myself?

Haas honestly should have been getting some kickbacks from F1 as a whole. Drive to Survive singlehandedly exploded Americans’ interest in F1 and led to a ton of revenue and publicity for the organization, and Guenther was a huge part of that.

There goes Drive to Survive ratings.
