I have been on both sides, more than once each side. Apparently you haven’t.

“Because a failing company run by someone you work for has no consequences on your job, right?”

“You mean mean the factory that has suicide nets for employees because of all their other options? Yeah, quadrupley idiotic.

If there is a particular job that requires the same skill across both companies, should a Porsche employee be paid more than a Volkswagen employee?

I am not at all advocating unchecked capitalism. Unchecked capitalism leads to all kinds of problems, including environmental pollution, corruption, and abuse of workers. Regulation is an important check against unchecked capitalism.

How do people get so brainwashed that they fail to realize that the person most responsible for their success or failure in life is looking back at them in the mirror?

If this was a joke, then I blew it. But there are several gawker posters who 100% believe what Ballaban wrote, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see him that way as well.

Yeah, apparently Michael Ballaban never heard the truth of the statement “There is no free lunch.”

So if a factory went completely robotic so that it needed no workers, you would be ok with it?

“Capitalism, a bankrupt economic ideology which rests on the notion that the outright theft of the product of others’ labor is morally right and just”

I see two potential issues.

What I want to know is why the hell are there so many people on the outside of the curve? One accident there could wipe out 30 people at once.

“undocumented people can have nowhere to feel safe”

And he was nearly killed by a Sanders supporter!

In what cities do people actually get tickets for jaywalking? Certainly not in Boston, where you can jaywalk right in front of a cop. Never saw it in New York either.

I think it was Mercedes that said they would always save the driver:

And it will only occasionally take out a child or a pet during its “delivery”.

They will be in this situation all the time. Because once pedestrians realize that autonomous vehicles will *always* stop, the pedestrians will cross the street any time they damn well please.

That would mean that on the highway, an autonomous vehicle should be traveling no faster than 20mph. Because you never know if there is someone behind the bushes just waiting to jump out in front of the vehicle.

But for diesels, can this substitute for AdBlue?
