Who uses that kind of chair for any length of time at a computer? Looks pretty uncomfortable.

@dark42: You sure can softmod a wii with LU64 or higher. [www.wiihacks.com] is a guide to install the homebrew channel on any wii inluding LU64+ or if you want a cios on an LU64+ there is also a way to do that now: [www.wiihacks.com]

@gedeyenite: You are correct, it covers all system menu's and serial numbers including LU64+

@Richard Gregory Arkless: Just don't use the Nintendo update or update from a game disk. There are ways to update to 4.0 and I think 4.1 safely and keep homebrew and stuff working. I wouldn't go through the hassle updating unless there is a feature in the new firmware that you really want.

@NYCharles: yes, it works on everything including the newest firmware (4.1 as of now)

@SaryuThymoetes: Preloader is similar in that it bypasses the update check as well, but it works on the newer firmware's as well where Starfall doesn't work on anything newer than 3.2.

@David Ron: How many times are you going to plug AOL mail?

I've always preferred to hide the bar with only one tab open. I didn't realize so many people want the tab bar there all the time.

@Brian Jarvis: One thing to consider is that cable bandwidth is shared locally in your neighborhood. If a lot of people are trying to use high bandwidth applications, it will be slower for everyone at that time.

Depends, I would rather have a 250GB cap than any throttling at all. But on the other hand I would rather have any reasonable throttling than a measly 5GB cap.

@John Nahajski: What if you get throttled too slow that you can't watch netflix streams or anything with a reasonable quality?

QTTabBar to add tabs to regular windows folders.

I'm having a problem with this version. The label color boxes cover up the words and I can't click on the labels at all to bring up all the messages with that label.

@milrtime83: Reading the youmail website, it looks like they still have the free transcription available (that doesn't work very well.) The paid services promises 95% or better accuracy.

@LittleBranch: If you have a smart phone, just make sure the email address it sends messages to is the one on your phone. If it is just a regular phone I believe you can set it up to send a text message to your phone when someone leaves a voicemail. You will be charged normal rates for that though.

Have used Youmail for a few months. I hope they improved the transcription a lot before removing the "beta" label. It wasn't very good when it was free. You could get the basics most of the time, but it definitely needed some work.

I'll second Media Monkey as one of the best. Mostly because I used to use 3 different programs to play, edit tags, and normalize volume on my mp3's. Media monkey has reduced that to a single program to do all three things (and more.)
