Norway takes half your wages in taxes and is in possession of the world's fifth(?) largest oil field. This is how they can afford to give mothers a year of paid maternity leave and fathers half a year of paid paternity leave.

@RainbowBrite: I know! I always love the hair - does it get reddish over time? Or were there just more redheads back then?
@thegogglesdonothing: Back when it was God's will, right?
I looooooooooove cooking. But I HATE gardening. So what if it's the other way for Michelle? I still think she rocks!
"I knew there would be someone else here in this dress, I just KNEW IT."
The only decent concealer I could find in high school (that I could afford, at least) was made by Max Factor, but now that I stopped wearing makeup altogether, I just don't care.
Don't know why, I'm not even a big fan of her movies, but - I'm drawn to the girl. I think she's just adorable and I imagine she'd be fun to hang with.
@The HZA. [member of the zombie nation]: Woot! The 90s were great, and the music was better, so there. If the 90s were vanilla, then this last decade has been instant mashed potatoes - bland bland bland, and completely artificial.
@girlwonder: Norway, but I grew up in Minneapolis and whenever I compare widgets between there and here, it kills me that it's actually 20 degrees warmer back home!!
@Meiran: Ew! I can't believe a doctor would say that to you! But it's very cool that you found someone who respected your body and your intelligence.
@greengrey: I can tell you that right now I'm not feeling too much love for her because of that damn fur collar. Otherwise, I'm pretty indifferent.
Tank tops... I remember wearing those..
@PurpleMonkeyDinosaur: *smirk*
Ooh, I LOVE the color of her dress. I don't usually get so excited about colors, but that lush deep pink is really doing something for me lately.
@Meiran: The ease with which a man can get a vasectomy blows my mind. I think doctors feel more comfortable with that procedure because it's easier to reverse. BUT STILL. I don't want children either, so I know how frustrating it is.
Those are some nasty, petty words.
Oh girl - I'll take Michael Cera over Vin Diesel ANY DAY OF THE WEEK.
@Sister Toldja: Word. I'll take the musical stylings and life observations from Beth Ditto over Katie Perry any old day.
Nurses with nun hoods?
This whole thing seems sketchy to me. I want to believe she's being scapegoated.
