Dude’s making a fortune making animal sounds in a booth a few days a year. Smartest man in Hollywood.

Am I the only one who has ever heard of a screen protector? I slapped one on day 1 and haven’t had anything to worry about.
I tried to have my first kiss to the song “Nothing Else Matters” by Metallica, but I didn’t seal the deal fast enough so I ended up having it to “Of Wolf and Man” instead. If I could go back I’d totally blame the song for any performance issues.
I’ve actually been refreshed by the seemingly growing number of anime in college and adult settings. It is still mostly high school, of course, but it is encouraging to see more adult slice-of-life shows.
I feel like you’re reading way too much into a throwaway joke comment about the Madea movies.
It is a nice place to visit, but it is a once every few years thing for me. There’s all sorts of amazing things to do, but it feels like you spend just as much time stuck in traffic as you do being able to enjoy the city.
I mean... I’m allowed to have opinions on the quality of entertainment. I’ve seen Madea movies before, my family loves them. I just don’t think they are very well made or entertaining.
I don’t really know what their motivation is, I was just musing.
That’s fair enough. I mostly just wanted to dunk on Tyler Perry, if we’re being honest.
I feel like this is a correlation, not causation, thing. Look at the movie quality difference between the top and bottom of the list. Nobody in Mongolia wants to see a Tyler Perry movie because no one anywhere should.
Welcome to the internet, where non-experts have pretended to be experts since 1983.
I would totally eat a buffet because I am vaccinated and I love food.
They said reduced meat diet, not vegan. And people in general have an aversion to being tricked into things and tend to be compelled to do the opposite of anything they think they’re being tricked into, so it makes sense that someone would react that way.
Every time I see my father-in-law he tries this, and he always buns the hell out of it. I’m too traumatized to try again, or trust anyone to try.
Admittedly I don’t go to all the hippest websites or anything, but this is literally the first interview I’ve ever seen with him. He deserves any interview he gets, though, because his show is excellent.
Total longshot, but they could slide The Beyonder in here pretty easily.
Nobody thinks they are getting good value on a per-step basis out of $200 shoes. They pay $200 for the shoes because they want the shoes and are willing to pay that much for them. It is basic microeconomics.
Personally I’m more inclined to listen to the WHO because they’re not owned and operated by the US government
I trust the vaccine, so I’d go. I know that they are only 90% effective against catching it and 94% effective against serious illness, but as a researcher and statistician that’s good enough for me.
Ah, so before he was bald he was Ronald McDonald. I see.
