I don’t understand this complaint. My television is 8 years old and all I had to do was switch to dynamic mode and up the brightness, then everything looks fine.

I went to the Celestial Seasonings factory once. There’s a room where they keep all the mint, and it is fucking wild. Imagine a mouth full of altoids, but instead of the normal sensation of altoids it consumes your entire body instead.

One could concoct a good dozen ways, but my head canon is that he told Hank Pym everything and he gave him the equipment he needed for when the time came. It isn’t a shock that he outlived Peggy, and he probably realized when that time came he needed to go back to his own timeline to pass the mantle.

I’ve been looking for a time to go with my wife for a second viewing and I can’t find two seats next to each other that aren’t in the front row until the middle of next week.

A lot of people say that the over-tipping on the first drink trick doesn’t work, but I’ve been drinking for decades and 9/10 times I get better service and stiffer drinks when I do. I’ve even had bartenders start comping my drinks if I keep it up past drink three or so (assuming it isn’t somewhere too busy or fancy).

Fresh from scratch mayo is streets ahead of off-the-shelf mayo, but I would never be able to pull it off at home.

You don’t have to be some sort of right-wing monster to think Brie’s performance was flat in Captain Marvel, but it was clearly the direction because she was much better in Endgame.

Also, I heard somewhere that the Disney+ edit of Dumbo is going to cut out the crows, I’m interested in seeing how they pull that one off since the crows are central to Dumbo learning to fly.

My instant head canon was that, equipped with time travel technology already in the alternate past, he worked with Pym and/or Stark to build a thing to bring him back where he came from when the time came.
