I work out after work, so I cannot fathom not showering after the gym. Plus I like that extra 20 minutes of sleep I get in the mornings. On the rare occasions I run in the mornings, I obviously shower before work.

There is a built-in way to do some of this in Windows. Click Start and search "associate." You're looking for Associate a file type or protocol with a program. It gives you all your extensions and protocols and lets you change the program associated with them.
