I’ve read in many articles about the thumbs down being a bad gesture in Thailand, yet its used in advertising here and the locals I ask have no idea about it being rude.
I think it’s rude meaning is either antiquated, or has never had a rude meaning.
I thought that was quite a good price for a customisable, hand made wallet in Italian leather. I'd seen some other wallets where you can get your initials on, which were like $200 +

This doesn't happen automatically for every site. A site needs to have a working site-specific search engine, and then that needs to be marked up with code to notify Google about it.
So it might not work for all the sites you try.
I live in the tropics, if i leave butter out it soon becomes a puddle.
No that's still not enough. You need permission, you have no right to use it and could still get sued.

Why: Good prices, packages start at $4 a month (pay up front 12 months, £10 a month otherwise), no restrictions on speed, limits on data, or server switching, they have 300 servers in 26 countries you can switch between, they have 24/7 support who actually reply and they have really easy to use software…
The kind of wallet that would look ok if you were 15. Imagine being with a nice date, then you get one of these out at the bar.
Sounds like a small measurement of reggae.
Google's revenue in 2013 was $16.86 billion. Where do they get most of that from? Ads on their search results and ads on partner sites.
Such a a bugbare - In most cases, if a site has a decent responsive design or mobile version, it should not need a separate app.
