No kidding… Though I do rather adore my first gen TSX, it was the last decent thing Acura put out… I’d be absolutely elated if they’d bring back some of the awesomeness that was once Acura— especially something like the Integra (not something all squishy and numb like the current crap)

OMG… I’m about dying here as I can’t believe I hadn’t thought of that and you most certainly deserve all the stars for this…

I need to get him to stop looking at EXP posts. :P As he was laughing at your response, he said, “God I hated that f—-ing car.” Aaaand he’s still complaining about it. He did mention he no longer actually shudders when seeing one. :D You’d think he’d be over it with our cars now, but it was just that traumatic…

My husband is being a bit masochistic and reading this thread and shouting out things as he had an EXP and at least started laughing hysterically at this. :D One of his only regrets is that he traded that POS in, rather than taking it out into the desert and setting it on fire (if it would have made it that far)

I’m still cringing remembering what a piece of crap my then college boyfriend’s EXP was… I’d say I dated (and later married) him in spite of the car but it’s what his parents gave him, and it was better than nothing… well… its first three years… barely better after that as everything proceeded to break or fall off… At

We let my husband’s intern (who is from out of state) use our garage last week for his oil change and coil-over adjustment. We never would have thought our [rental] slanted garage with a 1”raise in the biggest crack running through it would be desired, but it was better than nothing! Not to mention winter is coming...

I’m still trying to actually visualize the KC-135 diving and chasing after the F-4…

Sigh… I adore my first gen’ TSX, but man… Honda/Acura have so lost their way since about 2009 when it comes to anything actually sporty. Sure, it’s not grounded to the ground with things guys like, like rims, but geez…

We were looking at various Subaru models around 2003ish, back when some had some sort of cubby lidded area on top of the dash. Having grown up in Arizona, I immediately exclaimed, “Burrito warmer!” My husband laughed. Our sales guy made a very awkward sound…

I noticed that there’s even a comment on the Copy Me That site about the change. :) I’ll have to go check that out— I only used Food for the ease of clipping and the one app to easily open and right there were recipes (which is the downside to using notebooks as you have to find the notebook and then find the recipe

We have push button start in one of our cars, and yeah, sometimes I stop and just stare to figure out how to shut the car off (mostly because we have a manual and and auto normal key car and the push button is a manual— and shutting off a manual is different anyway since you leave it in 1st and have the clutch in when

My dad died at 51 of a ridiculously aggressive cancer, but his corneas were safe, and my mom got a thank you card from the guy who could again see thanks to him.

$15k?? No chance. Now, my TSX (1G, not that god awful beak) was totally more than worth the $5-6k over the Mazda3 I had considered, but that’s not enough to buy you an extra used car (one that’s not a lame crossover!)… $15k can get you something actually interesting

Oddly, every single place I’ve lived (6 cities in 3 states) is either a point or within about 20miles of a point on the map, and thus somewhere I’m very familiar with… and 4 have 2-3 points…

My husband got a great shot of a drone that crashed and burned (literally) at a high school sporting event. Fortunately nobody got hit by it… (and it’s not at all dry here, so no grass fire)

My husband (then boyfriend) wanted a manual, so when he needed a new car, he got one. He made a sad attempt to drive it from the dealer and got maybe an inch. I gave him 2 or 3 lessons, screamed “CLUTCH!!!” a couple times he almost stalled in busy intersections and cars were screaming towards my side of the car, and

Having driven a few too many hundreds of miles in the Arizona desert (Phx to Yuma or Yuma to Tucson… sigh…), I will say I tend to hang in the left as it’s not as trashed by the semis. HOWEVER, if and when somebody appears, and if they manage to catch up to me, I certainly get out of the way before they do (and then

It’s weird these days as I grew up in Yuma, which is where MCAS is. Back in those days, they didn’t have the restrictions they do now, and it was quite common to have random jets flying around as it’s always been a big training ground and all the sonic booms. I didn’t know what was what back then, but it was still

I remember that print ad. I actually used it as an example of something for… not sure if it was a media arts class or a comm class… It was very complimentary of the ad though. Must have been that I still recall it so very many years later! Interesting to hear the story— since there was no internet back in the stone

Somehow, I *think* we’re in the 34-49% curvy range?? Might be the 12-34%, tough to tell out in the middle. It must be the utter lack of grid and the roads curving back onto themselves… (I’m in the “fly over zone” but I think the city planners were seriously drunk with some of these roads in town)
