May is right, it was time to go out on a high rather than deteriorate. I like May and Clarkson’s solo work so they still have creative juice. I haven’t seen Hammond in anything except a Ford Ranger ad, is he doing any shows?

Miata is always the answer.

A Bentley Continental GT convertible.

This seems like a lot of work to avoid buying the Miata the OP should be buying.

And no one suggested a Miata and put on a set of crossclimate 2s or similar snow/ice capable tires?

Passenger screen controls the rear TVs in my wife’s Wagoneer. It helps my kids get whatever program they want to watch on. She utilizes it often. Can you do that from your phone?

This is so true. Remember those expensive in-car DVD infotainment systems that were expensive? Well those were all replaced with $300 tablets.

That’s interesting.

I wonder how many other commonly misused words phrases happen because people hear them rather than read them?

For all intensive purposes” comes to mind. My guess is most people haven’t read the proper phrase, which is “for all intents and purposes.”

It might be my lack of sleep last night but that title is.....I mean I sounded it out like 3 times.

caught me, saw $600, didn’t see “for kit and brakes”, anyways this is awesome, wonder if they have places like this in the NYC area.

If fly Mint as a treat to myself every now and again. Sometimes you can get a cross-country Mint seat for about $700, way less than any other carrier’s first class. (granted sometimes it’s $2000 so you gotta find the right flight).

Holy shit, you’re right!  I mostly only fly back and forth to Puerto Rico, and the only direct flight is Frontier.  It’s made me... cynical about airlines haha

I see shit like this where the guy has a rap sheet of SERIOUS crimes and yet is out there walking free versus the myriads of people now serving hard time... for smoking a joint. Stupid.

Of course it is. Now if you’d just look at me and not blink.

This is what noise cancelling headphones are for. Shit happens. I can’t say this would have improved your situation, but I would have offered to buy you & your wife cocktails.

It’s all about stoking the outrage engine today, and it really pisses me off. Which I get is rather ironic, given I am still pissed off, just not for the reasons they want.

Thanks for pulling up those statistics and adding some actual context to the story. Sadly, journalism these days seems to consist of mostly clickbait, rage-bait, and fear mongering. It’s as if nobody can be bothered to talk about the nuances or provide the broader context.

It’s the Floridians, not the trains.

“Intel for the enemy” LOL

That stereotype that BMW drivers don’t use their turn signals is total bullshit. I have two BMWs and use my signals at least a few times per year...
