Especially since the 2019's are getting the 7-speed DCT...

    True

Fun Lineup had a little something for everyone. Want rotary-powered car with suicide doors? Check. Want a compact hatch with enough torque steer to rip your arms out of your sockets like a wookie? Check. Want a 2-seat roadster? Check. Want a mini-minivan with a stick-shift? Check.

considering the small US appetite for expensive compact cars, expect to be sad.  I’m sure they will offer a Turbo+Manual+AWD somewhere in the world that appreciates small cars, but not here as it would never sell.

For the first time ever I like the sedan version better than the Hatchback, and I love hatchbacks.  I don’t like the rear 3/4 view of this new hatch.

Is this a 5-passenger vehicle? If so, is it shorter than a Pilot?  If yes, I like it. If it’s a big as a Pilot, I don’t.

Isn’t this how Highlander Hybrid’s have done AWD all along?  I feel like this is just new marketing spin on a tech they’ve been using for over a decade.  Maybe I’m wrong and there is a mechanical shaft driving the Highlander Hybrid rear end, but I thought it was all electric back there.

Nobody is going to ask about the “tighter than fitting my Palisade in the one-car garage”??

1st Gear: Ford already builds a large portion of their under performing sedans/small cars in Mexico (and sometimes includes free weed in the trunk!). So if they are cutting production/workers, it won’t be in the US, and therefore won’t make the news or aggravate President Deals.

Yes Brad, the Chicken Tax is good if you want to spend $60K for a pickup truck.  I would like some viable options in the $20K range so I don’t need 112-month loan to pay for it.

What about the chickens? Nobody tells us about the other half of this story; if the Chicken Tax actually had an impact on the export of chickens to Europe. We should have 56-years of data on this. Please tell us the whole story!

That’s fine and dandy, until the accountant says:  “You can save $0.30 per cylinder if you use this slightly shittier grade of metal that maybe will corrode and fail in 6 years, but after the warranty.”

    GTI is the right answer.

Maybe the motor, trans, lift kit, tires, can be salvaged and used on one of your other XJ’s and you can wave goodbye to Swiss Cheese and let the earth finally finish reclaiming her.

That’s a very nice way of saying the RC is a pig.  Doesn’t help they overbuilt the structure planning for a convertible variant, and then never made one, so all RC’s get saddled with extra weight.

CTA trains in Chicago are supposed to be food/drink free as well, but is widely ignored :(

or write an article that is mostly positive about a Tesla model, but has one minor gripe and see who posts the most about the article being a negative smear job to benefit the short sellers.

I kept my 2008 Mazdaspeed3 until I was 39, and replaced it with a ‘17 Civic Si which is much more mature, this entire argument is flawed.

I agree the first few years of the Mazda 3 had rust issues, but I had my 2008 speed3 for 10 years, 8 of them in Chicagoland and no rust issues. So they figured it out and made adjustments.

I think technically the oil is everything but the bones...
