Henry nailing Iggy's Michigan accent in that story made me extremely self-conscious about my own Michigan accent.

It's a great album. Iggy was smart to pair up with Homme as every single one of the guy's collaborations are gold. He writes great riffs and arrangements, but knows well enough when to get out of the way.

Dum Dum Boys has to be one of the greatest Iggy tracks. The sleazy guitar stretching out over that groove while Iggy reminisces over the Stooges gives me the chills every time.

I think Iggy pulled off what all but a few artists can lay claim to — a consecutive string of 5 perfect albums (The Stooges through Lust for Life). Granted there is a significant time gap between Raw Power and The Idiot.
