I fucking LOVE Katie Porter. I really hope her constituents continue to support her, she’s in a pretty red area of California and her seat is one that flipped in the midterms. She’s a gem and I would be thrilled to have her in the senate (take the hint Feinstein!) someday. 

He’s probably used the “I have black friends” defense against being called a racist so often that he decided it’s a defense against any accusations of bigotry.

My question, during my first viewing of The Ring, was: What if you didn’t answer the phone after viewing the tape? Would they call back? What if you hadn’t paid the bill and your phone was disconnected? If the caller left a message on voice mail, would it still count and what if you didn’t check your messages?
